Terms & Conditions

1. The usage of the services of the Such A Sucz store is connected with accepting the following terms.

2. Every person who places an order is obliged to send actual personal data.

3. All personal data of our clients are used only by Such a Sucz and are not sent to third parties.

4. All product descriptions in the Such A Sucz store are approximate. We tried to make them as precise as it is possible, however, we do not guarantee a 100% compliance of the description with the actual product.

5. We reserve our rights to all possible errors on the website, therefore, the information present on our site may not be a basis for any claims.

6. The  delivery and availability dates are not binding and may be changed at any time without an additional announcement.

7. Prepaid orders are processed when the money appears in our bank account. The order is cancelled if there is no payment after 14 days since the date of order.

8. A client of our shop is obliged to collect the package.

9. If the package has not been collected, the buyer is obliged to pay the shipping costs.

10. Our shop`s special offers are not permanent and last till we run out of stock.

11. We try to help our clients in cases when products are damaged or lost in transit, therefore, we ask them to contact us immediately. Please DO NOT SEND DAMAGED GOODS BACK TO US ! The fact that the product is damaged has to be submitted by the person who collects the package and it may be reported to the courier or at the post office.

12. Such A Sucz DOES NOT TAKE RESPONSIBILITY for delivery delays made by transport companies.

Placing Orders

13. The order processing time is 2 work days from the moment we receive an order.
It is the time we need to prepare and send the package. If an order was placed on e.g. Thursday after 5PM it is processed on Friday. If the order is placed on Saturday or Sunday, it is processed on Monday. The abovementioned 2 work days time period does not include the delivery time.

14. You need to contact us if there is more than one order and you want us to join them and send in one package.
Such a request should be left in the Additional Notes box which appears at the final stage of the ordering process.
The request should contain the numbers of the orders which should be joined. Such information may be also sent to our e-mail address. If we do not receive such information, the orders will be processed separately.

15. If one of the products you ordered is currently unavailable (and it is not one of the products that are delivered on a special request), we will contact you within 2 work days in order to inform you about the products which are unavailable and the possible options concerning your order.

Returning goods

16. Every client of our shop has a statutory right to return products to our shop within 14 days since the day the package has been delivered. It is possible under the conditions that:
- The products is in the original packaging
- It has not been worn (trying on is allowed)
- It has not been washed
- It has not been damaged
We reserve our rights to not accept returned products if any of the abovementioned requirements has not been fulfilled.
If a client wants to return a product, it is essential to contact us in order to discuss the details and shipping method.

17. The sender (client) is obliged to pay for the shipping of the product when  returning it to us.
The only exception is when the product has a manufacturing defect.

18. In the case of returning goods, we do not accept COD (Cash On Delivery) packages. We send money to the client`s bank account after we collect the package.

19. The sum paid for the product will be returned to the Buyer within 7 days since the day the Seller receives the returned product.

20. Custom project products may not be returned.

Exchanging products in the Such A Sucz store

21. If the Buyer wants to exchange a product for a different one, it is essential to contact us before sending the package in order to discuss the details and shipping method. Exchanging products is possible under the conditions that:
- The product is in the original packaging
- It has not been worn (trying on is allowed)
- It has not been washed
- It has not been damaged

22. We reserve our rights to decline product exchange if any of the abovementioned requirements has not been fulfilled.

23. In the case of exchanging products, the client pays the shipping costs.

24. Custom project products may not be exchanged.

Customer complaints in the Such A Sucz store

25. In the case of processing a customer complaint, the client is obliged to contact us before sending the package in order to discuss the details and shipping method.

26. The seller is obliged to verify the legitimacy of the customer complaint within 14 days since the day when such a complaint has been submitted. If the seller has not responded to the customer complaint within 14 work days, it is assumed that the Seller has acknowledged the customer complaint as a legitimate one.

27. If it turns out (after contacting us – see above) that the product has a manufacturing defect, Such A Sucz pays the shipping costs for both ways.

28. If the product`s defects are not covered by the warranty, the owner is obliged to pay the shipping costs for both ways.

Final provisions

29. The seller reserves rights to introduce changes into the terms of the Such A Sucz web store.

30. Orders placed by the buyer are always processed according to the terms which are in effect on the day of entering the selling agreement.
